The members of this committee welcome new residents with flowers. The Board is informed by VVE Beheer caretakers when new residents arrive. The Board then informs the committee members. One of the members schedules a visit that takes about one hour. The new residents receive the last minutes of the General Meeting of Members ALV and the Rules and Regulations. The residents are also informed about the functioning of the Association and the rights and duties the members have.
