In general, our residents really enjoy living in Hof ter Hage. It is important to them that the building and garden look fine. They also feel that technical installations, such as the lifts, work properly, and that they can communicate easily and efficiently with the Home-owners' Association (VvE).
The General Committee is supervised by the Board of the Home-owners' Association, also known as the 'AC of the VvE', coordinate garden maintenance, cleaning the building and some of the windows, and they also (together with the Technical Committee TC) make sure that our lighting fixtures illuminate our way around the complex.
The General Committee welcomes information from the residents: a broken light bulb, a dirty window, if something needs better cleaning, residents that disregard the rules concerning garbage or refuse; please contact a member of the General Committee.
