All residents should be aware that they too are responsible for the safety in and around Hof ter Hage. In this view, please take care of the following (Rules and Regulations article 21):
- when entering or leaving the building, please make sure that entrances and front doors are properly locked
- when entering or leaving the building, please make sure that no strangers can enter the building
- only open front doors and entrances to visitors you have been expecting
- please notify the caretakers when you come across potential dangerous situations, damages or problems in and around our building
- take good care of your front door keys and of your access cards. If lost please contact the caretaker immediately.
It is very unwise to open the outside doors in the evening or at night, if you’re not certain dealing with acquaintances. People that call on you at these hours probably have no place here.
