The Financial Committee audits the financial management, and reports to the General Meeting of Members ALV. The committee consists of two members, with an auxiliary member where possible. Board members are explicitly excluded from membership of the Financial Committee.
The members of the Financial Committee are appointed by the ALV for a period of three years, and can be re-elected twice.
